1. Molding

2. Injection (injection)
This process has relatively high quality requirements and is a combination of liquid silicone and plastic.
Its products have good thermal stability, cold resistance, excellent electrical insulation properties, and will not produce toxic substances when burned.
Therefore, it has become an irreplaceable material in the production and design of health products, automobiles, baby products, medical products, diving products, kitchen utensils, seals, etc.
3. Extrusion
Extrusion molding, extruded silicone products in Guangdong are usually formed by extruding silicone through an extrusion machine. Generally, the shape of extruded silicone is long strips, and tubular ones can be cut at will. The shapes of products made by extrusion technology are relatively simple, mostly Strip. Silicone tubes are widely used in the fields of medical and mechanical equipment. It can also be used in packaging materials for caching.
4. Calendering
Silicone rubber is kneaded and kneaded with white carbon black, silicone oil, etc. to make a rubber compound, which is then rolled out into sheets.
The film produced by calendering has obvious differences in its physical and mechanical properties in the longitudinal and transverse directions. This phenomenon is the calendering effect. Specifically, the tensile strength of the film in the longitudinal direction is greater than that in the transverse direction, the elongation at break in the transverse direction is greater than that in the longitudinal direction, and the shrinkage rate in the longitudinal direction of the film is greater than that in the transverse direction.
The calendering effect is the result of the orientation of macromolecules and needle-like and flaky compounding agents in the rubber material along the calendering direction during the calendering process. The size of the calendering effect is related to the composition of the rubber material, calendering temperature, speed, speed ratio, etc.
Used for larger products, such as silicone sheets and silicone plates.
5. Perfusion
How to operate the pouring mold or pouring mold: The pouring mold or pouring mold is used for relatively smooth or simple products. There is no mold line to save labor and time. It is to surround the product or model you want to copy with a rubber plate or glass plate. up, pour the vacuumed silica gel directly onto the product. After the silica gel is dried and formed, take out the product and the mold will be formed (Note: Infusion molds generally use softer silica gel to make the mold, which makes it easier to demould. It will damage the products inside the silicone mold). It is a combination of solid and liquid, and is used in products such as mobile phone cases, luggage cases, etc.
6. Coating
Rapid vulcanization; strong adhesion; good fluidity and easy degassing. It is catalyzed by platinum complex and is non-toxic and odorless; it has excellent thermal stability and cold resistance (use temperature -60℃~200℃) and has good air permeability, heat resistance and certain tensile strength after molding;
Excellent anti-slip performance; no pollution; low hardness; strong glue bonding. High tear strength; high transparency; good tensile properties. Wear-resistant, washable, high temperature resistant; high three-dimensional layer, smooth, soft, flexible fabric with excellent texture and good elasticity. Resistant to washing and dry cleaning.
