The production of silicone rubber mainly includes steps such as raw material preparation, synthetic rubber, molding and vulcanization. First, the main raw materials of silicone rubber need to be prepared, including silica and silicone derivatives. In the molding stage, silicone rubber can be made into products of various shapes through extrusion, calendering, molding, etc. to meet the needs of different fields. Silicone rubber has high fluidity during the molding process and can adapt to complex mold structures, so it has advantages in manufacturing seals, vibration isolation pads, etc.
Finally, silicone rubber products need to be vulcanized to improve their heat resistance and mechanical properties. During the vulcanization process, the vulcanizing agent reacts with the double bonds in the silicone rubber to form a cross-linked structure, which enhances the strength and durability of the silicone rubber.
