2. Choose low-viscosity silicone oil and keep it at a suitable temperature. It cannot be too low, so that the viscosity is high, nor too high, so that the temperature is high and the cooling is slow.
3. By adjusting the concentration, the cooling speed can be adjusted to avoid cracking caused by water cooling too fast. Silicone oil will not become hard if it is cooled too slowly, which means that an intermediate value can be taken.
4. Introducing dehydrated compressed air into silicone oil to stir the oil can speed up cooling. Appropriately increasing the cooling rate of silicone oil can save time and enhance its conductivity.
