Foamed silica gel is a pure organic silicone material that is chemically foamed. After foaming, its pores are small and fine and uniform. Foamed silicone is an environmentally friendly material, and the products produced are odorless, safe and hygienic. Also called addition silica gel, two-component addition silica gel. It consists of two parts before vulcanization: component A is silica gel, component B is catalyst; the two components are mixed in a ratio of 1:1, and can be cured at room temperature or by heating. After vulcanization, it becomes a white soft elastomer, which is light, soft, elastic, and difficult to conduct heat. It has the functions of shockproof, impact mitigation, heat insulation, and sound insulation.

The main purpose:

3. Suitable for silicone breast pads, shoulder pads, insoles, sofa cushions, mattresses and other flexible silicone rubber products.
