Foamed silicone is a two-component heated vulcanized silicone rubber, which is a white or skin-colored oily liquid. After vulcanization, it becomes a soft elastic material, and the foaming volume is 3-4% of the original. It can be used to make rubber products such as human body, insoles, shoulder pads, patches, and anti-slip mats.
Foamed silicone consists of two parts: component A is silica gel, component B is curing agent; the two components are mixed in a ratio of 1:1. Its usage is:
1. Stir the raw materials thoroughly before use to avoid uneven distribution of some raw materials caused by storage.
2. Mix the curing agent and raw materials according to a certain ratio and stir for 2-3 minutes to ensure that the materials are evenly mixed.

3. The mixed product should be evacuated and used as soon as possible to avoid solidification that may affect normal production operations.
4. The recommended ratio of curing agent is: raw material = 1:100, curing temperature: 120℃, curing time: 13~20min.
5. All tools, containers and other items that come into contact with silica gel must be clean and avoid contact with phosphorus (P), nitrogen (N), sulfur (S) compounds and metal organic matter.
