① Add the amount of curing agent to 1%, the colloid will still flow in 2.5 hours, and release in 6 to 8 hours.
②Add 2% curing agent, and the glue will still affect the flow after 50 minutes to 1 hour, and demoulding can be done in 2 to 3 hours.
③Add 3% of the curing agent, wait for 28 to 30 minutes, and the colloid will still flow, and it will release in 1.5 to 2 hours.
④Add 4% of curing agent, the colloid system will still flow in 10 to 15 minutes, and demoulding can take place in 1 to 1.5 hours.
The relationship between the proportion of curing agent and temperature is as follows:
When the temperature is lower than 5 °C, no curing reaction occurs between silicone gel and curing agent.
②When the temperature is 10 degrees, the proportion of curing agent added is not more than 5%.
③When the temperature is 25 degrees, the addition ratio of the curing agent is 2% to 3%.
④When the temperature is 38-45 degrees, the addition ratio of curing agent is 1%.
