According to the vulcanization method, it is divided into two types: normal temperature foaming and heated foaming.
1. Foaming at normal temperature: As the name suggests, it is foaming at normal temperature, so the operation is to mix the AB components according to the weight ratio of 1:1 and stir evenly. The foaming will start in 5-10 minutes and the foaming will be complete in 1 hour.
2. Heating and foaming: It does not foam at normal temperature or it takes a long time to foam. It needs to be heated to foam. At 70℃, it can be heated for 2 hours to completely foam.
