IOTA 3596F6: Advanced Silicone Resin for Superior Coating Performance
IOTA 3596F6, a product of Iota Silicone Oil( Anhui) Co., Ltd., is a cross-linked silicone resin with epoxy functional groups, designed to enhance the performance of amino-cured epoxy flooring and baking paints. This advanced formulation provides excellent waterproofing, oil resistance, and anti-graffiti properties, while also significantly improving wear resistance.
The product is a pale yellow, slightly turbid liquid with an epoxy equivalent of approximately 400%. It can be added to coatings and inks during the manufacturing process or as a post-additive. For optimal performance, it is recommended to dilute the product 3-5 times with a suitable solvent before incorporation.
IOTA 3596F6 is compatible with various epoxy systems, including conventional, high-solid, and solvent-free formulations, as well as high-temperature industrial baking paints. When stored unopened below 38°C, the product has a shelf life of 24 months. Please note that IOTA 3596F6 is not intended for food, medical, or pharmaceutical use.
