Viscosity Adjustment: To facilitate use, blend with dimethicone, cyclic silicone, phenyl silicone, fatty acid esters, or hydrocarbons to reduce viscosity.
Temperature Control: Perform heating operations in sealed containers to avoid the volatilization of cyclic silicone. The recommended operating temperature should not exceed 60°C.
Recommended Dosage:
The suggested addition level is 1~20% of the total formulation.
Packaging and Storage:
IOTA9600 is available in 20Kg plastic buckets and 200Kg iron drums. Store in a sealed container at room temperature, avoiding moisture and acidic/alkaline impurities. The product has a shelf life of two years under proper storage conditions.
