Product Overview:
The IOTA LSR 20 Series is a high-performance, platinum-catalyzed liquid silicone rubber designed for applications requiring low volatile organic compounds (VOCs), high transparency, and excellent physical properties. This series is particularly suitable for producing infant care products such as nipples and baby bottles, ensuring safety and durability.

Curing Condition:
The recommended curing condition is 130°C for 5 minutes under 15 MPa pressure, with a 1:1 ratio of components A and B.

Precautions:

1. The IOTA LSR 20 Series is platinum-catalyzed, with the catalyst in Component A. Care must be taken to avoid catalyst poisoning.

2. Only components A and B from the same batch should be mixed.

3. Thoroughly stir the material before transferring it to containers to ensure optimal flow and uniformity.

Packaging:

• Component A: 200 Kg/drum

• Component B: 200 Kg/drum

Storage:

1. Unopened drums can be stored for up to 12 months at temperatures below 23°C. The best use date is indicated on the product label.

2. After the expiration date, performance testing is required to ensure quality before use.
