Iota Silicone Oil( Anhui) Co., Ltd. offers the IOTA PDMS 47V series—a range of medium-viscosity silicone oils including grades 47V50 to 47V1000. These products are engineered to deliver exceptional performance across a wide variety of industrial applications.
Ideal for use as heat transfer fluids within a broad temperature range (-50°C to +200°C), these silicone oils also serve as anti-fouling agents in photocopiers, diluents and plasticizers in RTV silicone rubbers and sealants, and raw materials for defoamers. They act as effective lubricants and thermal protectants for synthetic sewing threads and textile fibers, and are key components in maintenance products such as polishes and waxes. Additionally, they perform as paint additives to prevent shrinkage, floating, and water damage, and offer water-resistant treatment for powders and fibers. Their utility extends to release agents for plastics and metal casting, lubricants between elastomers/plastics and metals, surfactants for styrene-butadiene foams, and softening agents in HCR applications.
The IOTA PDMS 47V series boasts excellent high and low-temperature resistance, good flame retardancy, low surface energy, high compressibility, weatherability, oxidation resistance, minimal viscosity change with temperature, and strong tolerance to prolonged high-shear conditions.
Available in 25kg or 200kg drums, 1000kg IBC totes, or 20-ton tankers, these products have a shelf life of one year when stored in sealed containers between -20°C and +50°C.
