IOTA RH3400C: High-Temperature Resistant Modified Cyanate Ester Adhesive
IOTA RH3400C is a high-performance, three-component modified cyanate ester adhesive designed for demanding industrial applications. It features a unique formulation that allows for room-temperature curing with a short setting time, while also supporting heat-assisted curing for enhanced bond strength and reduced processing time. With exceptional thermal resistance, it maintains robust performance even at temperatures ranging from 300°C to 400°C.
This grey-black, solvent-free adhesive offers a viscosity of approximately 3500 cp and demonstrates outstanding mechanical properties, including a room-temperature lap-shear strength exceeding 9 MPa and a high-temperature lap-shear strength of over 9 MPa at 200°C. The resin itself boasts a tensile strength greater than 50 MPa, elongation over 5%, and impact strength above 15 kJ/m².
Ideal for bonding metals, ceramics, and composite materials, IOTA RH3400C is packaged in plastic containers from 0.5L to 10L according to customer requirements. With a shelf life of one year and easy curing conditions—either 5–7 days at room temperature or 3 hours at 130°C—it is both user-friendly and reliable. Always use in well-ventilated areas.
