IOTA M20-306L: Premium Addition-Cure Silicone for Dough Mats
IOTA M20-306L is a high-performance addition-cure silicone rubber specially designed for dough mat applications. As a food-grade material, it offers excellent fluidity and strong adhesion to various substrates, ensuring a smooth and durable finish. Its high strength and flexibility make it an ideal choice for kitchenware products that require both safety and longevity.
This two-component system (A and B) is platinum-catalyzed, with the catalyst contained in Part A. Users must take care to avoid catalyst poisoning during handling. For colored applications, it is recommended to add colorants only to Part B, mix thoroughly, and then combine with the pre-measured Part A.
Key technical parameters include a mixed viscosity of 60,000 mPa·s, Shore A hardness of 40, tensile strength ≥6 MPa, elongation ≥300%, and tear strength ≥10 kN/m. The cured product is semi-transparent and offers reliable mechanical properties.
Packaged as 2 kg per pail for Part A and 200 kg per pail for Part B, the product has a shelf life of 12 months when stored unopened below 23°C. Performance verification is recommended if used beyond the expiration date.
