This profile makes it exceptionally durable, flexible, and resistant to deformation, perfect for protecting delicate devices from impacts and environmental stresses. Its applications extend to sealing goggles, smartwatch backs, and various phone seals, ensuring reliability across multiple uses.
A critical note: The A component contains a platinum catalyst, necessitating careful processing to avoid contamination that can lead to catalyst poisoning. Always use matched batch numbers for A and B, and stir components thoroughly before use to maintain consistent viscosity and performance. With a shelf life of 12 months in unopened containers below 23°C, IOTA LSR 3061 offers both performance and practicality for forward-thinking manufacturers aiming for excellence in protective device components.
