Engineered for excellence, the IOTA-HTV 319 Series delivers outstanding tear resistance and superior processability, making it the ideal choice for high-strength automotive components and specialty rubber parts. Available in multiple grades—31930, 31940, 31950, 31960, 31970, and 31980—this high-tear fumed silicone rubber offers consistent performance across a wide hardness range, from Shore A 30 to over 80.
All grades comply with ROHS, REACH, and LFGB standards, ensuring global acceptance for both industrial and consumer applications. The series is characterized by semi-transparent appearance, adjustable plasticity (140 to >310), and densities ranging from 1.08 to >1.22 g/cm³.
Mechanical properties are equally impressive: tensile strength up to 9 Mpa, elongation up to 900%, and tear strength peaking at 45 kN/m. These values are achieved under standardized testing conditions—1.0% bis-2,5 peroxide, cured at 175°C for 5 minutes at 15 Mpa, producing 2mm test plaques.
