Optimize your coating process with IOTA LSR 3430 – a liquid silicone rubber series developed for glass fiber and textile coating applications. This material combines high adhesion, fast vulcanization, and mechanical strength to support continuous production with consistent output.
With viscosity values designed for easy handling (A component: 15–22 Pa·s), the IOTA 3430 series enables smooth mixing and application. Density ranges from 1.06 to 1.10 g/cm³, ensuring lightweight yet durable coatings.


Available grades and hardness:
IOTA 3425 – 26 Shore A
IOTA 3430 – 31 Shore A
IOTA 3440 – 38 Shore A
IOTA 3450 – 52 Shore A


Each grade delivers a balanced combination of tensile strength (up to 8.0 MPa), elongation, and tear resistance. The transparent finish preserves the visual quality of coated fabrics.


Processing advantages:

Mix ratios: 1:1 or 2:100 (depending on grade)
Pot life: 48 hours at room temperature
Cure inhibition possible with amines, sulfur, or tin compounds – avoid contact
Storage is straightforward – keep in original sealed containers under 32°C. Available in 55-gallon steel drums (200 kg net) or 20-liter plastic pails (20 kg net).
