Clean & Stable Molding for Demanding Applications
When your molded silicone parts require both heat resistance and color stability, the IOTA-HTV311 Series delivers. This high-performance molding compound is specifically developed for products that cannot tolerate yellowing, including premium seals, electronic keypads, and other visible components.
The material features a translucent appearance across all hardness grades, from 30 to 80 Shore A. Density ranges from 1.10 to 1.23 g/cm³, depending on the selected model. With tensile strength between 7.0 and 8.5 MPa and elongation from 700% down to 200%, the series supports both high-flexibility and high-strength applications.
Processing is straightforward. Using 1.0% of a 50% active peroxide catalyst, curing takes only 5 minutes at 175°C under 15 MPa pressure. The resulting parts show excellent tear strength — up to 20 kN/m — and superior resistance to yellowing over time.
All grades are tested and compliant with ROHS, REACH, and FDA requirements, making them suitable for food-contact and environmentally regulated markets. No harmful substances are present in the formulation.
Each shipment comes in 20 kg cartons. When kept in unopened original packaging below 50°C, the shelf life is 18 months from production date. For extended storage, requalification is advised.
