The series offers hardness options from 40 to 70 Shore A. Depending on the grade, tensile strength reaches 9.0 MPa, tear strength up to 45 KN/m, and elongation as high as 700%. Density ranges from 1.28 to 1.42 g/cm³, with plasticity values tailored for smooth processing.
Additionally, this silicone rubber is halogen-free and fully compliant with RoHS and REACH regulations, ensuring your products meet global environmental standards.
For testing and validation, use 1.0% of a 45% peroxide (DBPMH) as the curing agent – press cure at 175°C for 5 minutes to prepare 2mm test sheets.
Packaged in 20 kg cartons, store in a dry, shaded area. The shelf life is one year from production; for material stored beyond three months, increase mixing time to ensure optimal performance.
