Enhanced Antistatic Performance with IOTA HTV 336 Silicone Rubber
Looking for a silicone rubber that combines antistatic functionality with ease of processing? IOTA HTV 336 Series is a black, precipitated silicone rubber designed to meet the needs of industrial applications such as antistatic pads and rubber rollers.
With surface resistance between 10⁵ and 10⁹ Ω, this material effectively reduces static-related issues. It also offers excellent anti-yellowing properties after post-curing and low odor during processing. Mechanical performance varies by hardness: from 50 to 80 Shore A, with tensile strength from 7.0 to 9.0 MPa and elongation from 150% to 500%.
The product is cured using 1.0% of a 50% peroxide at 175°C for 5 minutes (2 mm thick sample). Shelf life is 12 months from production date when stored unopened at room temperature. Once opened, it is recommended to use within 3 months or adjust mixing time accordingly.
Trust IOTA HTV 336 Series for consistent, antistatic silicone rubber performance in demanding environments.
