The Williams plasticity values range from 30 to 79, while thermal conductivity increases steadily from 0.5 up to 2.0 W/(m·K). Density varies between 1.0 and 2.5 g/cm³ depending on the filler system, allowing you to balance weight, cost, and heat transfer performance.
Mechanical robustness is not an afterthought: tensile strength remains high across the board, and tear strength holds steady at 0.8–0.9 MPa, ensuring durability during assembly and in-service use. The DBPMH cure system delivers excellent heat aging resistance, making these materials suitable for long-term applications where thermal cycling is common.
