Silicone resin is mainly used as insulating paint (including varnish, enamel, color paint, impregnating paint, etc.) to impregnate H-class motors and transformer coils, and is used to impregnate glass cloth, glass cloth silk and asbestos cloth to make motor casings and electrical insulation Winding etc. Using silicone insulating paint to bond mica can produce large-area mica sheet insulation materials, which can be used as the main insulation of high-voltage motors.
Silicone resin has long-temperature self-drying type and high-temperature curing type. In order to accelerate curing, a small amount of diethylene triamine or triethylene tetraamine can be added. The paint film gradually begins to harden even when curing begins. Diethylene triamine or triethylene tetraamine is only used as a drying agent. The dosage is very small, and it is best to determine the dosage through practice. High temperature curing generally volatilizes the solvent at a lower temperature, then drying at 160-180 degrees, and finally curing at a high temperature of 220 degrees.
Silicone resin is a highly cross-linked network-structured polyorganosiloxane, usually made of methyltrichlorosilane, dimethyldichlorosilane, phenyltrichlorosilane, diphenyldichlorosilane or methylbenzene. Various mixtures of dichlorosilane are decomposed with water at a lower temperature in the presence of organic solvents such as toluene to obtain acidic hydrolysates.
At room temperature of 20 to 25°C, the normal temperature curing potting glue operation time is generally 20 to 30 minutes, and the curing time is 6 to 8 hours. When curing at a temperature of 50°C, the curing speed is 4 to 6 hours. When curing at a temperature of 100°C, the curing speed is 1 to 2 hours. When curing at a temperature of 150°C, the curing speed can be accelerated to 30 to 60 minutes. When using temperature-increased curing, you should be aware that curing too quickly will result in poor automatic bubble discharge. Therefore, if there are no special curing requirements, please use normal temperature curing.
