Hydrophilic silicone oil is a light yellow transparent oily body, a reactive silicone oil, and a new fabric finishing agent. Soluble in water, it can be used alone in the form of an aqueous solution with the object to be treated or added to the resin finishing working bath. The working bath is stable, does not break emulsions, and does not bleach oil.
