Do you really understand how to use high-temperature glue?
With the continuous progress of the times, glue has gradually improved. High-temperature glue is even used in many aspects, such as automobiles. Ultra-high-temperature glue is often used for sealing to prevent problems such as oil leakage. However, have you really gotten the correct use of high-temperature glue?
First of all, we must know that high-temperature adhesives can be divided into two categories: organic high-temperature adhesives and inorganic high-temperature adhesives according to their properties. Organic glue can be divided into soft elastic, tough, or hard rigid. It can generally play the role of insulation, heat conduction, and flame retardant. Inorganic adhesives are mainly used for bonding asbestos, ceramics, gold carbide, etc. Relatively, they have relatively high temperature resistance.
When using high-temperature glue, you must pay attention to the following two points:
1. The length of room temperature curing time of high-temperature glue is related to the construction environment. Generally speaking, the south is relatively humid, so the curing time will be relatively long. However, the north is a little drier and the curing time is relatively short. Moreover, it must be noted that the curing time of high-temperature glue also has a great relationship with the thickness of the application.
2. When storing high-temperature glue before use, be sure to avoid direct sunlight. The storage time will also be longer, and the color of high-temperature glue will change in different environments. Don't worry, the change in color will not affect the use of high-temperature glue at all, nor will it affect the performance of high-temperature glue.
