IOTA 3596F6, developed by Iota Silicone Oil( Anhui) Co., Ltd., is a cross-linked silicone resin with epoxy functional groups, tailored for amino-cured epoxy flooring and baking paints. This product delivers exceptional waterproofing, oil resistance, and anti-graffiti properties, while also enhancing wear resistance for superior durability.
Presented as a pale yellow, slightly turbid liquid with an epoxy equivalent of approximately 400%, IOTA 3596F6 can be integrated into coatings and inks during production or as a post-additive. For best results, dilute the product 3-5 times with a suitable solvent before use.
This versatile silicone resin is compatible with conventional, high-solid, and solvent-free epoxy systems, as well as high-temperature industrial baking paints. Stored unopened below 38°C, IOTA 3596F6 has a shelf life of 24 months. It is important to note that this product is not suitable for food, medical, or pharmaceutical applications.
