Their waterproofing properties benefit powdered and fibrous materials, and they perform excellently as release agents, lubricants, and foam surfactants.
The IOTA PDMS 47V series exhibits outstanding properties: remarkable thermal stability, low surface tension, high compressibility, excellent weather and oxidation resistance, stable viscosity under temperature variations, and durability under high-shear conditions.
These silicone oils are clear, colorless liquids with high flash points (≥280°C), low pour points (≤-50°C), and consistent thermal conductivity (0.16 W/(m·K)). They are packaged in 25kg or 200kg drums, 1000kg IBC totes, or 20-ton tankers for flexible handling and storage. When kept in original sealed containers at -20°C to +50°C, they remain stable for one year from the date of manufacture.
