With a mixed viscosity of 26,000 mPa.s after stirring at 23°C and a convenient mixing ratio of 2:100 (A:B by weight), this silicone rubber is both user-friendly and consistent. Once cured, it delivers a transparent finish with a Shore A hardness of 40, tensile strength ≥6 MPa, elongation ≥200%, and tear resistance ≥15 kN/m.
Available in practical packaging options such as 2 kg pails for Part A and 20 kg or 200 kg pails for Part B, IOTA M4001-41 has a shelf life of 12 months when stored unopened below 23°C.
