Enhance the durability and performance of your fiberglass and fabric materials with IOTA LSR 3430 – a two-part liquid silicone rubber engineered specifically for coating applications. Whether you're working on fiberglass fabrics or sponge coatings, this silicone series delivers reliable results with excellent adhesion and fast curing behavior.
The IOTA 3430 series offers hardness options ranging from 26 to 52 Shore A, allowing you to select the right flexibility or firmness for your end product. With multiple mix ratios available (including 1:1 and 2:100), this material adapts well to both compression and injection molding processes.

Transparent in appearance, IOTA LSR 3430 also provides excellent process stability. A and B components come pre-filtered and degassed. For best results, use a metering mixing system to avoid air entrapment. If bubbles appear, vacuum degassing is recommended before curing.
The mixed system remains workable for 48 hours at 25°C, giving you ample time for production runs. Curing occurs rapidly at elevated temperatures, helping you boost manufacturing efficiency.
Store in original unopened containers below 32°C. Shelf life is 9 months from production date.
Clean uncured silicone easily with hydrocarbon solvents – avoid ketones or alcohols.
