With a hardness range of 30 to 80 Shore A and a DBPMH curing system, this series delivers excellent heat resistance and mechanical strength. Thermal conductivity reaches 0.5 – 2.0 W/(m·K), ensuring efficient heat dissipation across a variety of applications.

The IOTA-HTV 330 Series meets RoHS and REACH requirements, giving you confidence for global projects. Key models—from IOTA-HTV 33030 to 33080—provide tailored properties: tensile strength up to 800 KN/m, tear strength up to 0.9 MPa, and elongation at break between 6% and 11.3%. Density ranges from 1.0 to 4.7 g/cm³ depending on the grade.

Processing is straightforward: add 1% curing agent (50% DBPMH paste) and mold at 175°C for 5 minutes under 15 MPa.

For consistent results, store unopened cartons (20 kg each) in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Shelf life is one year from production. If stored beyond three months, extend mixing time accordingly. Even after the labeled shelf life, the product may still perform well after proper retesting.
