Beyond baking and confectionery applications, IOTA LSR 3500 is also widely used for soft silicone items such as anatomical models, prosthetics, mannequins, shoulder pads, and bust forms. Its non-stick nature, flexibility, and ease of cleaning make it a favorite among designers and small-batch manufacturers.
Available in hardness levels from 0 Shore A to 60 Shore A, you can choose the exact feel and durability needed for your product. Viscosity ranges from 5,000 to 45,000 cps, ensuring good flow even for complex molds.
The material offers a working time of 30–40 minutes and fully cures in 4–6 hours at room temperature. Post-curing can be accelerated with mild heat. Shrinkage is below 0.1%, giving you dimensional stability for precise molds.
