Reliable High Voltage Protection Starts with IOTA HTV 344 Series
High voltage electrical systems demand materials that combine safety, durability, and consistent performance. The IOTA HTV 344 Series Silicone Rubber is specially formulated for high voltage insulation applications, including insulators, surge arresters, and bushings.
This ready-to-use peroxide-cured silicone rubber delivers excellent arc resistance, stable dielectric properties, and strong mechanical performance — all essential for reliable operation in power transmission environments.
The series includes six grades: IOTA HTV 34450, 34460, 34470, 34451, 34461, and 34471, allowing you to choose hardness levels from 50 to 70 Shore A. Tensile strength reaches 6.0–6.5 MPa, with elongation ranging from 170% to 250% depending on the grade. Tear strength is rated at 10–12 kN/m, offering good flexibility and resistance to mechanical stress.
All grades achieve FV-0 flame retardancy and provide volume resistivity from 10¹⁴ to 10¹⁵ Ω·cm. Dielectric constant is 3.3, while dielectric strength reaches 22–28 kV/mm — suitable for demanding insulation tasks.
The IOTA HTV 344 Series also passes the 1A4.5 level in tracking resistance tests, ensuring long-term safety under polluted or humid conditions.
Packaging: 20 kg per carton. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The product has a 1-year shelf life from production date when unopened, and it is recommended to use within 3 months for best results.
Choose IOTA HTV 344 Series for dependable, long-lasting high voltage insulation solutions.
