With a straightforward 1:1 mix ratio (A:B by weight), this transparent silicone offers excellent processability. At 23°C, the mixed viscosity is 300 Pa·s (ISO3219), ensuring smooth flow and mold filling. After curing at 125±2°C for just 5 minutes, the material achieves outstanding mechanical performance: 50 Shore A hardness (DIN 53505), 10 MPa tensile strength (DIN 53504), 550% elongation, and a high tear strength of 40 kN/m (ASTM D624B).
Reliable and compliant – IOTA LSR 3250HG meets BfR, FDA, and RoHS requirements, supporting use in food contact and sensitive applications. It also provides excellent release properties, reducing cycle time waste and improving productivity.
Storage and usage tips – Store below 23°C in unopened containers for up to 12 months.
