Performance you can measure – The uncured A and B components are both transparent with a density of 1.12 g/cm³ at 23°C. Viscosity at 23°C (10 s⁻¹) is 300 Pa·s for part A and 290 Pa·s for part B, ensuring consistent mixing. The cured material delivers 50 Shore A hardness, 10 MPa tensile strength, 550% elongation, and 40 kN/m tear strength. Density after cure remains 1.12 g/cm³ (ISO2781).
Fast thermal cure – For a 2 mm section, curing takes only 90 seconds at 130°C or 45 seconds at 150°C. This rapid curing capability supports high-volume production and energy efficiency.
Application-focused design – The excellent release properties reduce molding defects, while the transparent finish allows visual inspection. It complies with BfR, FDA, and RoHS standards, making it suitable for food contact and child-care products.
Important handling notes – Platinum catalyst is contained in part A. Keep the material away from potential catalyst inhibitors. Always use same-batch A and B components together, and ensure thorough premixing before use. Available in 200 kg drums per component. Shelf life is 12 months unopened below 23°C, with expiration date marked on each label.
