Reliable Antistatic Performance for Rollers and Covers – IOTA HTV 337

Manufacturers of rubber rollers and electrical device covers often face challenges with dust attraction, static discharge, and product yellowing over time. The IOTA HTV 337 series from Anhui Iota Silicone Oil Co. solves these issues with high-performance antistatic fumed silicone rubber.

With surface resistance ranging from 105105 to 109109 ohms, the material effectively dissipates static charges without the need for external additives or coatings. The series includes five hardness grades (30, 40, 50, 60, and 70 Shore A), offering design flexibility for different application requirements.

Mechanical properties are robust: tensile strength from 8.0 to 10.0 MPa, elongation from 400% to 900%, and tear strength up to 25 kN/m. Density ranges from 1.11 to 1.21 g/cm³ depending on the grade.

The rubber is nearly transparent in appearance and cures well with 1.0% of a 50% peroxide system (5 minutes at 175°C for a 2 mm sheet). It remains odor-free and shows minimal yellowing after post-curing.

Store in original unopened packaging in a dry, shaded area. Shelf life is 12 months from production date. If used after three months, increase mixing time to restore workability.

Choose IOTA HTV 337 for consistent, antistatic, and visually stable silicone products.
