Simplify Heat Spreading with IOTA-HTV 330 – A Versatile Silicone Rubber Series
From thermal gap fillers to heat-spreading tapes, the IOTA-HTV 330 Series helps converters and part fabricators achieve consistent results. This family of thermally conductive silicone rubber is formulated to support efficient manufacturing without unnecessary complexity.
Available in seven hardness grades (30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 75, and 80 Shore A), the series allows product engineers to match specific application needs. Thermal conductivity values range from 0.5 to 2.0 W/(m·K) depending on the selected grade, enabling suitable solutions for various heat transfer challenges.
Key physical properties include tensile strength from 80 to 800 KN/m, elongation at break between 6% and 11.3%, and tear strength typically between 0.8 and 0.9 MPa. Density varies from 1.0 to 4.7 g/cm³ across the series, providing flexibility for weight-sensitive designs.
The material passes RoHS and REACH standards, helping users meet regulatory expectations. Processing is straightforward: add 1% of a 50% DBPMH curing agent, then cure at 175°C for 5 minutes under 15 MPa pressure — suitable for compression molding setups.
The IOTA-HTV 330 Series ships in 20 kg cartons. Unopened products stored in dry, shaded, and cool conditions remain usable for up to one year. To achieve optimal processing, use within three months of opening; if stored longer, incorporate additional mixing time and verify performance through testing before production.
For thermal management components requiring formability and consistent heat transfer, the IOTA-HTV 330 Series provides a reliable material platform.
