Reliable Thermal Management for High-Volume Production – IOTA-HTV 330 Series
Efficient heat dissipation is critical for modern electronic components and power devices. The IOTA-HTV 330 Series thermally conductive silicone rubber offers a practical solution for manufacturers of thermal pads, tapes, and other heat management materials.
Engineered with a DBPMH curing system, this series supports compression molding processes and provides consistent performance across a wide hardness range of 30 to 80 Shore A. Depending on the selected grade, thermal conductivity reaches between 0.5 and 2.0 W/(m·K), helping designers meet diverse application requirements.
The series includes multiple grades — from IOTA-HTV 33030 to 33080 — allowing flexibility in mechanical properties. Tensile strength spans from 80 to 800 KN/m, with elongation at break ranging between 6% and 11.3%. Tear strength maintains a stable range of 0.8 to 0.9 MPa across most grades.
With recommended curing conditions of 175°C for 5 minutes at 15 MPa using 1% of a 50% DBPMH curing agent, the material integrates efficiently into existing production lines.
The IOTA-HTV 330 Series complies with RoHS and REACH requirements, supporting global supply chain standards. It is supplied in 20 kg cartons and, when stored unopened in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, maintains a shelf life of one year from manufacture. For best processing results, use within three months; beyond this period, extended mixing time is advised, and performance retesting is recommended.
For manufacturers seeking a balanced combination of thermal management, mechanical strength, and process stability, the IOTA-HTV 330 Series offers a dependable choice.
