What sets the HTV 330 apart is its balanced property profile: tensile strengths reach up to 800 KN/m, tear strengths remain stable between 0.8–0.9 MPa, and elongation at break adapts from 6% to over 11%, depending on grade.
Thermal conductivity spans from 0.5 to 2.0 W/(m·K), with model-specific values clearly defined—from IOTA-HTV 33030 through 33080. This allows engineers to select the exact thermal performance level without overspecifying or compromising on processability. The material is cured using a DBPMH system, which provides excellent heat resistance and is compatible with compression molding processes.
Importantly, the IOTA-HTV 330 series is fully compliant with RoHS and REACH requirements, supporting your global market access and sustainability commitments.
Processing is straightforward: with just 1% of a 50% DBPMH paste curative, typical molding conditions are 175°C for 5 minutes at 15 MPa. The material is supplied in 20 kg cartons and offers a 12-month shelf life when stored unopened in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For best results, we recommend using within three months of receipt; beyond that, a simple extended mixing time restores full workability.
