1. Fully stir the raw materials before use to avoid uneven distribution of some raw materials caused by storage.

2. Mix the curing agent and raw materials according to a certain ratio, and stir for 2-3 minutes to ensure that the materials are evenly mixed.

3. Vacuum the mixed product and use it as soon as possible to avoid affecting the normal operation of production due to solidification.

4. The recommended ratio is curing agent: raw material = 1:100, curing temperature: 120°C, curing time: 13~20 min.

5. All tools, containers and other items in contact with liquid silica gel must be clean, and avoid contact with phosphorus (P), nitrogen (N), sulfur (S) compounds and metal organics, otherwise the product catalyst will fail and non-vulcanization will occur.
