1. Place the raw materials in a relatively central position. If you need to place the materials up and down, do it step by step.

2. If the mold is not reasonable, modify it to ensure that the rubber material and the mold are properly matched, and add an exhaust slot to increase the exhaust.

3. The placement method does not change the method of adding weight to the raw materials. After the vulcanizing agent of the raw materials has been left for more than three days to expire, it must be re-mixed to meet the flow requirements to ensure complete vulcanization. The mold pressure and temperature must be adjusted appropriately, and the personnel operating methods must be correct.
